Welcome to the Women’s Discipleship Ministries of Rochester NTCG. It is a joy and a privilege to walk alongside women of all ages and stages as we follow Jesus together.

We believe that every woman, whether exploring Christianity, returning to church, or growing in long-established faith, deserves a safe and welcoming place to flourish.

We are committed to shaping spiritual transformation through Bible study, prayer, worship, and discipleship, helping women root their lives in God’s Word and recognise His presence in everyday moments.
Through social gatherings, mentoring, and opportunities to serve, we seek to build genuine friendships that reflect Christ’s love and strengthen one another in practical, life-giving ways.
Walking Together in Sisterhood
As a ministry, we desire that no woman walks alone. We aim to cultivate a sisterhood marked by compassion, encouragement, and grace, where each woman knows she is valued, supported, and empowered to live out her God-given calling in order to maintain and increase spiritual growth.
Together, we pursue Jesus, grow in faith, and shine His light in our homes, workplaces, and communities.
