Young People Reaching Young People

The official inception of the youth ministry in the New Testament Church of God is unknown. However, the very first service held in UK in September 1953 was heavily comprised of young and energetic young people. The primary emphasis of the youth fellowship is that the group become a powerful medium through which Christian young people would reach other young people and bring them to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Youth Fellowship – Meeting held every last friday of the month.

Youth Service – A service planned by youth, for young people to be held in September of each year.

Youth day – A day observed in August of each year, planned by youths for youths.

We aim to edify and equip the children and young people to be the best versions of themselves in God .The bible encourages in 1 Timothy 4:12(NIV) : “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believes in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity”. We work closely with youths and their parents to help them learn scripture and understand that they have God given purpose. We guide them to discover who they are in Christ and how their lives can reflect His plan, just as Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us:

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
